  • Ensuring the operation in complex system environments
  • Ticket processing under consideration of SLA's
  • Support and Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting within the scope of 1st and 2nd level support
  • Ensuring customer communication (by telephone, e-mail, ticket) as well as regular status updates / documentation in the ticket system
  • Remote analysis and resolution via Incident and Change Management
  • Administration and monitoring of the system environment
  • Software Maintenance, Patch Management


  • Successfully completed IT training, alternatively IT career changer with approx. 3 years of work experience
  • Basic knowledge of networks, heterogeneous IT infrastructures, servers and operating systems
  • Initial experience in IT support and in handling ticket systems
  • Initial expertise in routing & switching and setting up wireless LAN connections
  • Initial knowledge of the manufacturers Cisco, HP, Enterasys/Extreme is desirable
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification is preferred
  • Willingness to work weekends, shifts and on-call duty
  • Good knowledge of German spoken and written, good knowledge of English
