• Support for our customers in the area of client management at 2nd and 3rd level for Windows 10/11 and ThinClients
• Troubleshooting in incident management
• Implementation of customer requirements in the change process
• Provision of new applications, patches and operating systems
• Maintenance and further development of the management systems for our customers
• Customer support in the area of client protection
• Provision of smaller automations

• Very good knowledge of software distribution and management systems e.g. SCCM/MECM, Intune
• Good knowledge of client management Windows 10/11, ThinClients
• Good knowledge of PowerShell
• Microsoft certifications desirable
• Knowledge of and interest in client protection e.g. disk encryption, antivirus solutions, firewall, device security
• Ability to work in a team, analytical and independent work, reliability
• Very good written and spoken German
