What you will do

  • Ensuring operations in complex cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments
  • Operation and support activities for Microsoft 365
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 tenants
  • Ticket handling under consideration of SLA's
  • Troubleshooting within the framework of 2nd & 3rd level support
  • Remote analysis and solution via incident, change and problem management (ITIL)
  • Administration and monitoring of the system environment

Who you are

  • Completed computer science studies or successfully completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist: in system integration
  • Several years of experience in IT support and in dealing with ticket systems
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016 and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge in related areas such as virtualization, system monitoring and networking is beneficial
  • Willingness to work weekends, shifts (no regular night shifts) and on-call duty
  • Experience with ITIL based processes
  • German language skills in spoken and written as well as good English skills
