• Primary point of contact for customers in the after-sales environment
• Handling service requests, complaints, and RMA cases
• Ensuring prompt and professional customer communication (phone, email, ticket system)
• Coordinating replacement, repair, and return processes
• Managing and monitoring all after-sales processes
• Ensuring SLA compliance and service quality
• Analyzing service cases and identifying optimization measures

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in customer service, after-sales service, or complaint management is desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a confident and friendly demeanor
• Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP or ticketing systems, as well as SAP and ServiceNow
• Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
