What you will do

  • ​​​​​You will support our program and project managers in the execution of projects from order placement to order processing and its correspondences to invoicing
  • You will independently manage (sub-)projects or topics on a smaller scale
  • You independently create standard reports and evaluations and are responsible for timely project controlling
  • You manage orders, projects, planning and invoicing in central filing structures
  • You will take on various administrative tasks, e.g. you will support us from planning to invoicing, organize meetings and take minutes
  • You actively contribute your know-how in order to further develop existing project standards and instruments in a goal-oriented manner

Who you are

  • Successfully completed university degree or commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of project management; ideally additional certifications IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or similar
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally knowledge of ticket and inventory management systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, etc.)
  • Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, creativity, organizational skills, deadline, result and solution orientation
  • Distinct team orientation paired with independence and a confident demeanor as well as a high degree of communication skills
  • Language skills: German (B2) / English (A2)
