What you will do

  • Supervising and coordination of Scheduling
  • Planning, preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Development of meeting agendas, taking minutes of meetings, preparation of presentations
  • Participation in projects
  • Ensuring the flow of information and efficient communication from and to all project participants within the project work
  • Coordination with other departments

Who you are

  • Completed commercial training and relevant practical experience in office organization
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as a high level of commitment and flexibility
  • Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, creativity, initiative, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, result and solution orientation
  • Independent, structured and precise way of working
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Convincing and confident appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and English for an international working environment
