What you will do

  • ​​​​​​​You as the Change Coordinator are responsible for monitoring and overseeing changes to systems and technologies within the client's organization
  • You play a critical role in ensuring that employees embrace the change
  • You ensure that Changes are implemented in a timely and risk monitored manner

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​Experience with service processes and an interest in optimizing them
  • High affinity for modern, centric IT concepts or cloud and virtualization solutions and technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, mobile applications, Big Data)
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework as well as IT project management methods (e.g. Prince2 Agile, Scrum)
  • Strong decision-making skills in critical situations
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high customer and service orientation
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
