What you will do

  • ​​​​​​Operations and support activities for Microsoft 365
  • Technical contact person for customers
  • Troubleshooting within the scope of 2nd & 3rd level support
  • Development and implementation of concepts, as cloud, hybrid and on-premise solution
  • Automation and standardisation of workflows using PowerShell
  • Remote analysis and solution via incident, change and problem management
  • Planning and introduction of Microsoft 365, AAD, Exchange, MS Teams, Intune, SharePoint
  • Governance in Microsoft 365
  • Security and compliance in Microsoft 365
  • Evaluation, introduction of new Microsoft 365 features and replacement of existing services
  • Strategic and technical consulting for our customers
  • Independent implementation of workshops at the customer
  • Support of Microsoft solution sales and account managers in the offer phase
  • Creation of concepts and documentation

 

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​You ideally have a degree in computer science, a comparable technical education or many years of practical experience in this field.
  • You have practical experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies and have independently carried out projects with the respective solutions.
  • You have experience in the use of at least four of the following technologies:
  • Azure Identity Management, Windows 10, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online/Hybrid, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune, Azure Information Protection, Security & Compliance.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, are an advantage, but not a must
  • Willingness to perform, learn and travel, even if our approach is to support the customer remotely
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
  • Initiative and creativity
  • Written and spoken German and very good English skills
