What you will do

  • Design, installation and setup of Skype-for-Business/Teams system landscapes, as well as hybrid solutions with Office 365
  • Integration Enterprise Voice
  • Analysis and documentation of UCC environments
  • Architecture consulting in the area of Microsoft Unified Communication and Collaboration TC migration through Microsoft UCC
  • Integration of extended UCC/TK applications
  • Implementation of solution concepts
  • Strategic and technical consulting for our customers
  • Independent implementation of workshops at the customer
  • Support of Microsoft solution sales as well as account managers in the proposal phase

Who you are

  • You ideally have a degree in computer science, a comparable technical education or many years of practical experience in this field
  • You have practical experience in the Microsoft UCC area including Enterprise Voice and have independently implemented projects with the respective solutions
  • You have knowledge in the area of VoIP, SIP, PSTN / ISDN interfaces, analog interfaces
  • You have professional experience in the described areas of responsibility as well as the know-how of several of the above mentioned Microsoft products
  • Manufacturer certifications such as MCSA or MCSE level are an advantage, but not a must
  • Willingness to perform, learn and travel, even if our approach is to support the customer remotely
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
  • Initiative and creativity
  • Written and spoken German and very good English skills complete your profile
