• Responsibility, support and further development of the Group's personnel cost planning
• Digitalisation of HR reporting on the basis of Microsoft Power BI
• Co-design of reporting and creation of new reports
• Target group-specific ad hoc analyses and evaluations
• Controlling activities in the course of the monthly and annual financial statements
• Development and implementation of plan/actual comparisons in the area of personnel costs
• Collaboration on joint projects with the Finance Controlling and HR departments 

• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or comparable training
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with key figures and KPIs
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in working with SAP HCM and LucaNet is an advantage
• High level of commitment, as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Discretion in dealing with personal data
• Smart demeanour, good communication skills in cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
