What you will do

  • You will be in charge of inquiries and projects from interested parties as well as existing customers
  • Acceptance, recording and processing of incoming orders
  • Development of solution proposals and preparation of customized offers in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Active support of the account managers in the daily business and development of new customer potentials through comparative market analysis
  • Independent administrative coordination activities within the scope of projects with suppliers, specialist departments and customers
  • You maintain proactive communication with our customers, business partners and the internal organization

Who you are

  • You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally as an IT systems clerk
  • Professional experience in the sale of IT solutions is an advantage
  • You inspire customers and interested parties already on the phone during the evaluation and consulting phase
  • Initial experience in dealing with distributors and at least one merchandise management system is desirable
  • Understanding of commercial transactions and the basic business contexts
  • You convince with an organized, structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to push things forward
  • German spoken and written, english skills preferred
