What you will do

  • Acceptance, recording and processing of incoming orders
  • Development of solution proposals (low to medium complexity) and preparation of customized contract offers
  • Cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers and support in negotiations
  • Inquiry of delivery dates and processing of orders as well as control of open orders
  • Execution of evaluations
  • Supervision of projects incl. preparation of project quotes and offers in close consultation with (Key) Account, Solutions Sales and manufacturers
  • Support of inquiries from interested parties as well as existing customers
  • Assumption of the tasks arising in the context of this position as well as organizational and administrative coordination activities
  • Cooperative collaboration with internal (e.g. specialist sales, purchasing, service factory, accounting) and external interfaces (manufacturers, suppliers, customers)

Who you are

  • Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as an IT systems clerk or IT specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales
  • Vendor knowledge of HPE, Cisco and Microsoft is an advantage
  • You have a distinctive customer orientation and are characterized by your ability to express yourself linguistically
  • Independent and precise way of work, high work motivation and reliability
  • Fluent German language
