What you will do

  • Defining and coordinating the operational services in time and quality within organization
  • Analysing and optimizing of internal processes in regards to Quality, Costs, Output, Productivity
  • Supporting Service Management to deliver high quality service for the customer
  • Service Level and Escalation management for Customers
  • Reporting for management, dashboard design/fine tuning
  • Tracking the progress of the service delivery (ticket / change tracking)
  • Managing high critical incidents
  • Managing problem process and outstanding measures identified from problem management
  • KPI Identification and measurement
  • Participation in projects
  • Mentoring, consultation and managing various process/OPM trainings

Who you are

  • Knowledge of the service processes as well as great interest in optimizing the processes and ensuring compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of IT processes (e.g. ITIL) and proven experience in IT process management
  • Knowledge of the documentation of IT processes and methods of process optimization
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation.
  • Presentation skills
  • Decision making in critical situations
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German to be able to moderate workshops in English or German (reference framework B2)
