What you will do

  • Ensure 2nd level operations in the Microsoft Endpoint Management department. This includes products such as Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Thin Client Management and Endpoint Protection
  • Daily review of the ticket volume and control of the employees
  • Optimisation of internal processes in cooperation with the other departments
  • Support with escalations for complex service issues and major incidents
  • The department is in a strong growth market and you are therefore in constant exchange with our project team and the wider management in order to manage the staff development with vision
  • You are responsible for all personnel and organisational tasks in your team with national and international employees. You will be supported by our HR and recruiting department

Who you are

  • You have a positive attitude, communicative flair, are service-oriented and would describe yourself as a "people person"
  • Technical experience in the Microsoft environment is desirable
  • Experience with the ticket system ServiceNow desirable
  • ITIL certification desirable
  • Experience with service processes
  • Basically you have an independent, structured and conscientious way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
