What you will do

  • ​​​​​​Support customers with service management with a focus on operations.
  • Participation in internal and customer meetings
  • Steering of smaller projects
  • Supporting the service management with technical inquiries & steering within the delivery
  • Advising the customer on requests and possibly subsequent implementation or support
  • Escalation manager for complex service issues and major incidents
  • Support and coordination of teams in finding solutions
  • Analysis and optimization of internal processes under quality, cost, results and productivity aspects
  • (Management) reporting

Who you are

  • Experience with service processes and interest in their optimization
  • High affinity for modern, centric IT concepts or cloud and virtualization solutions and technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Mobile Applications, Big Data)
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework as well as IT project management methods (e.g. Prince2 Agile, Scrum)
  • Strong decision-making skills in critical situations
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high customer and service orientation
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
