• You are responsible for the configuration and operation of productive network infrastructures, mainly firewalls, for our customers
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions and incidents in the above network environments 2nd and 3rd level support
• You perform changes in existing infrastructures
• You create and maintain technical documentation
• The cooperation in complex network infrastructure projects and the management of subprojects complete your new job

• Completed technical studies or comparable training IT specialist with professional experience
• Knowledge of routing / switching and firewalling
• Experience in operating Palo Alto solutions, further manufacturer knowledge is welcome Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Aruba
• Experience with central security solutions e.g. Cisco Umbrella
• Technical certification of Palo Alto such as PCCET, PCCSE, PCNSE, PCNSA required
• Technical certification from other vendors desirable CCNA/CCNP
• Experience in Python/use of API's or comparable knowledge desirable
• German and/or English spoken and written
