• Point of contact for our customers regarding all sales-related matters (customer inquiries, etc.)
• Preparation of cost estimates and quotes
• Independent acceptance, entry, and processing of incoming orders
• You will handle customer inquiries, accept orders, and process data in our IT systems
• Active support for the technical sales team and our account managers
• General organizational and administrative tasks
• Coordination with manufacturers regarding quote preparation and technical pre-qualification

• Technical or business degree with an affinity for sales and IT
• Professional experience in internal sales or customer service is a plus
• Understanding of commercial transactions and basic business concepts
• You impress with an organized, structured, and independent work style
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
