• Ticket processing, support and troubleshooting in the area of HDCA Hybrid IT & Datacenter Architectures for Premium Support Center customers
• Your main tasks as a technical specialist include solving complex faults and requirements in the incident process at 3rd level
• Qualified recording of technical requirements
• Reliable documentation of all requests
• Ensuring the quality standard

• ​​​​​​Completed education in the IT environment and/or comparable professional experience 
• Willingness to work weekends, shifts and on-standby
• ITIL v3 certification and technical certification from several of the named manufacturers desirable: Brocade, Cisco, Dell, HP, Netapp, VMware, ESX or similar
• Solid knowledge of Hybrid IT & Datacenter Architectures with several manufacturers: Brocade, Cisco, Dell, HP, Netapp, VMware, ESX
• Development and consideration of different possible solutions problem-solving skills
• Willingness to develop and train with constantly changing tasks and high time pressure, initiative & commitment, goal-oriented work, customer orientation, flexibility and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
• German and English spoken and written
