What you will do

We offer you a comprehensive induction in our team. If you are not yet familiar with the tasks, you will receive support from a mentor who will accompany you and work with you on the following tasks:

  • Supporting the Inside Sales department in the day-to-day business of the internal sales team
  • Creation of quotations in SAP
  • Communicating with our distributors and requesting quotation prices
  • Handling of order processes 
  • Order processing and order handling in day-to-day business
  • Tracking of delivery processes
  • Invoice verification
  • Monitoring and control of renewal offers
  • Master data maintenance in SAP

Who you are

  • You are customer-oriented and have an affinity for sales and/or IT
  • You convince through your planned, conscientious, concentrated and independent way of working
  • You take responsibility for tasks whose content may be new to you
  • Process understanding for dealing with merchandise management systems SAP, ERP
  • Understanding of commercial transactions and basic business management interrelationships
  • Commitment, team spirit and flexibility round off your profile
  • You have a good command of the German language level B2 or better
  • Work experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage
  • A commercial or technical degree is advantageous
