What you will do

In the context of exciting projects, you will determine the requirements of our customers, develop technical solutions and concepts and play an active role in their implementation. Together with your colleagues (gn), you will also be responsible for support and operations. This includes monitoring the running systems as well as analyzing and processing faults and security incidents.

Your diverse tasks include:

  • Developing use cases
  • Analyzing and recording the security requirements of our customers
  • Independent development, planning and implementation of IT security concepts
  • Technical customer consulting for the introduction of IT security solutions
  • Implementation of security solutions (e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, IBM, Sophos and Trend Micro, etc.)
  • Supporting customers in transition phases to CANCOM's SOC service
  • Strategic architecture and platform consulting
  • Technical planning and monitoring of projects
  • Technical documentation

Who you are

  • You have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical education as well as several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
  • You have knowledge in handling and setting up firewall, IDS or other security solutions
  • You have certifications in the security environment SIEM knowledge is an advantage
  • You enjoy working with people and have strong powers of persuasion
  • You work independently and reliably
  • You are willing to travel approx. 50% of the time
  • Good German and / or English skills round off your qualification profile
