What you will do

  • Bid design on service desk requests from our customers
  • Presentation of your designs to the bid team and management
  • Team member of our solution design unit
  • Accompanying and managing the transition of new service desk unit orders
  • Preparation of documentation for transition and operation
  • Interface with our proposal team
  • Interface with tool owners to ensure correct representation and implementation in established tools (e.g. Monitoring & Reporting, ITSM, CMBD, ERP, etc.)
  • Assumption of service management functions as contact person for our customers

Who you are

  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable training and relevant professional experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of service design, portfolio development and/or service delivery in IT service or IT consulting companies
  • High affinity and deep understanding of IT solutions, services and processes
  • Several years of experience in the design of managed services
  • Professional appearance and solid presentation skills
  • Structured, independent work and analytical thinking skills
  • Reliability, resilience and willingness to continuously develop oneself and one's field of responsibility and to realign old ways of thinking
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Very good business English and German, spoken and written (min. C1)
