• Automation of the installation process
• Creation and maintenance of customer documentation
• Supporting customers in transition phases to CANCOM's SOC service
• Strategic architecture and platform consulting in the area of SOC/SIEM
• Technical planning and monitoring of SIEM projects
• Continuous improvement of security monitoring
• Monitoring and analysis of security messages in a SIEM
• Documentation and reporting of security incidents
• Optional threat hunting

• Ideally, you have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical education as well as 2-3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Ideally you have the following certifications:
• Security focus: CCNA Security, certification of a firewall manufacturer or comparable
• IBM QRadar SIEM certification
• CompTIA CySA+
• Knowledge of the manufacturers Fortinet, Cisco, IBM, Crowdstrike, F5, TrendMicro is an advantage
• You enjoy dealing with people and have strong powers of persuasion
• You work independently and reliably
• Good German and / or English skills round off your exciting profile
