As a (Senior) ServiceNow Consultant, you will support our clients in the implementation, further development, and optimization of modern enterprise service management solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

• You will analyze our clients’ requirements and translate business requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions
• You will configure and implement ServiceNow applications
• You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, and advise our clients on ServiceNow best practices
• You will work closely with solution architects and developers to implement scalable and future-proof platform solutions
• You’ll assist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities
• You’ll actively contribute to the further development of our implementation methods, templates, and consulting standards

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or ServiceNow Developer with direct customer contact
• Strong knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.)
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as a client-focused approach
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs
