What you will do

As a (Senior) ServiceNow Solution Architect, you take on a leading role in the technical and functional design of service‑management solutions:

  • You are responsible for the end‑to‑end architecture of modern ServiceNow solutions for our customers – from presales and design all the way to successful implementation
  • You analyze complex business processes, translate requirements into scalable technical architectures, and define modular, future‑proof solutions
  • You design integrations, data models, automations, and platform strategies based on current ServiceNow best practices
  • You work closely with our developer and consultant teams, ensure technical governance, and enforce compliance with established standards
  • As a senior, you support the team in further developing our methods, templates, and technical platform standards

Who you are

  • A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Developer
  • Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
  • Strong knowledge of architectures, integrations, data models, Flow Designer, CMDB, and modern platform capabilities
  • Experience in leading workshops, advising customers, and defining technical target architectures
  • ITIL knowledge and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end processes in Enterprise Service Management
  • Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer interaction
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel depending on project phase
