What you will do

  • Implementation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft infrastructures and services in hybrid scenarios
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructures of our customer environments in the Microsoft environment incl. 2nd and 3rd level error analysis
  • Developing the technical skills of the team members
  • Submitting proposals and developing solutions to increase automation and stability
  • Preparation and implementation of changes
  • Continuous maintenance of concepts and documentation
  • Internal coordination between the operations and project team

Who you are

  • Completed studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification or proven experience in the specialist area
  • Cross-system view and process affinity across the entire infrastructure as well as strong customer orientation
  • Very good specialist knowledge in the following areas:
  • Windows operating systems and Windows server roles as well as AZ infrastructure and M365 services
  • IT infrastructure services such as GPO, DHCP, DNS, NTP, NPS or SMB are a matter of course for you
  • Endpoint protection services such as anti-virus or firewall
  • Powershell scripting
  • Experience in the following areas is also desirable, but we will provide you with this through internal training:
  • System hardening according to CIS and vulnerability management
  • IT service management according to ITIL
  • Working via the Service Now ticket system
  • Good English skills for successful interaction within the team
