What you will do

  • Ordering of spare parts in the portals of the manufacturers such as HP, Lenovo, Kyocera, etc.
  • Exchange/repair processing via the manufacturer
  • Feedback of the service procedures in the manufacturer portals
  • Documentation of the processes in our systems
  • Invoicing of services

Who you are

  • Completed commercial training - gladly also as career starter or career changer
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possibly already knowledge of the SAP merchandise management system
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Careful, quality-conscious way of working
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Affinity for products from the IT sector
  • Knowledge of the manufacturers HP, Lenovo, Kyocera, Fujitsu, etc. - but not a must
  • German spoken and written
