What you will do

  • ​​​​​​Ensuring 1st level and 2nd level support for inquiries and error messages
  • Independently work out and resolve incidents or forward them to 3rd level support and manufacturer support
  • Support in administration and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Collaboration in change management
  • Taking over the 24/7 on-call duty for our customers
  • Support of our managed service customers

Who you are

  • You are trained as an IT specialist all genders or have a comparable qualification through further training measures
  • You have strong communication skills, especially for obtaining and passing on information as well as in dealing with demanding customers
  • You also work independently and are highly solution-oriented
  • You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and are a team player
  • Very good knowledge of German language
