What you will do

  • 1st level support of IT infrastructures using predominantly Service Now tool
  • Monitoring of systems and devices
  • Picking up and dispatching tickets, ensuring the tickets are being resolved within the agreed SLAs
  • Reporting on the progress of tickets within the framework of our Incident Management
  • Ensuring seamless communication in tickets between customer and resolver groups having ownership of the ticket in mind
  • Working in structured way according to shift model and on-call duty
  • Updating existing process documentation

Who you are

  • At least two years of professional experience in IT
  • IT trainings (preferably ITIL related)
  • Good knowledge / experience with Service Now
  • Basic knowledge in the following areas: Windows OS, network, IT security, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Cloud (Azure/AWS), etc.
  • High customer and service orientation combined with strong communication skills
  • You are team player, result oriented and have a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Good written and spoken English
