What you will do

  • You provide remote support for various customers in the German banking sector
  • You process tickets under consideration of SLAs
  • You eliminate malfunctions within the scope of 1st & 2nd level support
  • You carry out remote analyses and solve problems via incident and change management
  • You manage and document incidents using a ticket system

Who you are

  • You have completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration
  • You already have knowledge of ITIL (Request, Change, Incident, Problem Management)
  • An ITIL Foundations v3/v4 certification would be an advantage
  • You have some experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools
  • Very good German and good English skills are required 
  • You are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation model
