What you will do

  • ​​​​​​You will be responsible for the service delivery and quality assurance of our ongoing ICT outsourcing contracts
  • You will meet our customers in regular service meetings, check and report on compliance with the defined service level agreements
  • In consultative dialogue, you identify additional optimization potential in the customer's IT landscape and implement it on a project basis
  • You will also contribute to the systematic improvement of our service management processes
  • You will work closely with other internal departments and communicate the respective project steps in a professional and structured manner

Who you are

  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of service management and have a technical/business degree or a comparable education with you
  • You are also welcome to convince us optionally with appropriate competence in the already applied management or migration of complex IT landscapes
  • High affinity for modern, centric IT concepts or cloud and virtualization solutions (Basic)
  • Knowledge in the field of ITIL framework as well as IT project management method
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high customer and service orientation
  • Good command of spoken and written German and English
