What you will do

  • Central contact person for customers support following the onboarding process
  • Responsibility for compliance with contractual agreements (e.g. SLAs) and the associated quality assurance in service delivery
  • Continuous optimization of service processes
  • Monitoring the preparation of reports for customers
  • Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects
  • You record customer's concerns, requests and complaints and address them internally
  • Supervision of report generation for customers and the communication with the customers
  • You involve delivery team members in service meetings as needed
  • You maintain an Open Points List (OPL) to track tasks
  • Provide feedback to sales and delivery team
  • Work closely with delivery team to optimize customer solutions
  • You identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in conjunction with sales team
  • You assist with administrative tasks, such as billing for services or inventory tracking
  • Collaboration in quality management

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​You have a university degree or technical training
  • Ability to multilevel communication (e.g., with different levels of hierarchy on customer side)
  • Knowledge of managed services business and understanding of managed services and service processes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow desirable
  • Strong organisational skills & problem solving ability
  •  Good written and spoken German and English
