What you will do

​​​​​​As a Specialist Business Enablement (all genders) you support our Sales and Service Delivery units in creating customer-specific and generally applicable process documentation and operational manuals. You ensure that all requirements of the roles involved in the process are considered and that all stakeholders are involved.
With your experience and expertise you support the business with the ongoing digitalisation and transformation into the leading IT hybrid provider in Europe!

  • During the pre-sales phase, you support our colleagues from Sales and Solution Design in processing and responding to complex requests for proposals (RfP)
  • When meeting customers' individual requirements for documentation on processes and service operations, you will be holistically responsible for creating documentation (e.g. operating manuals, SOP) within the scope of projects in close cooperation with the process owners
  • Together with the various internal departments, you elicit the requirements for optimising and/or digitising existing processes or define new processes end to end
  • You document the target definition in the form of process documentation and concepts and visualise processes in flow charts
  • You identify potential for improvement in the processes in regular consultations

Who you are

  • Completed business or technical studies or comparable training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in service management or process management
  • Good knowledge of ITIL, managed services and business process modelling (e.g. BPMN)
  • At least ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage, but not required
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a broad knowledge of IT and business processes
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English (reference framework B2)
