What you will do

  • Organisation and preparation of meetings and calls, both internally and with external partners
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans, task lists, project charters
  • Budget and resource planning / management, creation of budget plans, dashboards and overviews
  • Development of employee and customer communication collaterals
  • Creation, update and maintenance of service and product descriptions
  • Creation of pipeline and sales forecasts, analysis and verification of results
  • Design of internal and external presentations and pitches
  • Support in the assessment and evaluation of strategic tenders and bids + coordination of virtual teams

Who you are

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT industry or in any relevant industry with an emphasis on business development, service sales, product management and/or service management
  • Experience with working in an intercultural / international environment
  • Solid understanding of the value creation process within a company
  • Good analytical skills and service orientation
  • Understanding of administrative and service delivery processes in a company
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Preferred: Basic ITIL knowledge
  • English, (min. C1, written and spoken)
  • German is a plus
