• Carrying out operational activities related to supplier management throughout the entire supplier lifecycle
• Assisting with supplier evaluations, classifications, and onboarding processes 
  Maintaining and managing supplier-related documentation, records, and master data
• Assisting in the identification and tracking of supplier risks
• Supporting the monitoring of quality, compliance, and performance requirements
• Preparing reports, analyses, and key performance indicators
• Supporting audit, contract, and due diligence processes
• Working closely with internal departments and external business partners within the framework of supplier management

• Completed vocational training or college degree
• Professional experience in supplier management, procurement, or contract management
• Knowledge of project management, contract law, compliance, and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Experience with supplier management systems as well as risk and quality management
• Structured, independent work style and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Intercultural competence and conflict resolution skills
• Good command of German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus
