• You will provide remote technical L2/L3 (backend) support to various customers in the German banking sector
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MS Teams, SIP Trunks, PSTN networks, Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes), etc.
• Engineer, design, and provide operational support for UCC infrastructure
• Manage and maintain UCC systems, perform routine patch management and security updates
• Working with 3rd parties that will be responsible for delivering: Trader Voice, Voice Recording and Fax-system solutions for our customers
• Support will be provided mainly via ticketing system (Service Now), occasionally also via phone

• Solid ITIL understanding (Request, Change, Incident, Problem management), ITIL Foundations v3/v4 certification is an advantage
• MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Certification is expected
• Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools
• Very good English skills are essential, German is a great advantage
• Experience in providing L2/L3 UCC support in operations (3 years at minimum), Experience in IT overall (5 years at minimum)
• Excellent knowledge of / and hands on experience with MS Teams, SIP Trunks, PSTN networks, collaboration tools
• Understanding of UCC concepts in general across various vendors
• PowerShell and / or Power Automate skills with a focus on automating common tasks via script and / or Flows
• Knowledge of Azure AD and SSL certificate administration
