What you will do

  • ​​​​​​Recording of IT problems and malfunctions
  • Troubleshooting within the scope of 1st level support
  • Ticket processing under consideration of SLA's
  • Ensuring smooth customer communication (by phone, by mail, by ticket)
  • Documentation in the ticket system

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​Pleasure in learning about new IT topics
  • Fun in dealing with customers
  • First experience in IT support is an advantage 
  • Basic knowledge of networks and heterogeneous IT infrastructures 
  • ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification is desirable
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
