What you will do

  • Will provide remote Service Level 1 support for current and future systems, applications, and technologies
  • Support will be provided to a customer’s internal and external users via phone, email and ticketing system in English and in cooperation with Service Level 2 and internal IT support teams

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​A University degree would be of an advantage
  • Knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies to resolve incidents in a timely manner and validate and implement requests according to accepted procedures in the current and future Dev/Test/Prod environments
  • ITIL best practices awareness
  • At least 1 year of experience in supporting/troubleshooting a FEW of the following technologies is required: 
    •  JIRA/Confluence or other ticketing systems
    • MS Active Directory, LDAP
    • Windows Server 2012R2/2016
    • Microsoft SCCM
    • SQL server
    • MS SharePoint
    • Exchange 2013/2016 and/or Exchange Online
    • MS Remote Desktop Services
    • Azure Active Directory
    • O365
    • TCP/IP fundamentals and security policies
  • You have consistently great customer service skills
  • Very good English skills are essential
