What you will do

  • Making appointments by e-mail and telephone
  • Maintenance of appointments in a database application, ticket system and ERP system
  • Documentation of the order status
  • Entry of additional tasks, if a case is still open
  • Follow-up by e-mail or telephone if activities are not completed or if documents or equipment are missing
  • Support of telephone user requests via hotline

Who you are

  • Technical or commercial training, e.g. IT specialist advantageous
  • professional experience in dispatching advantageous
  • Knowledge of hardware (client & peripherals) advantageous
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Experience in dealing with the end customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Quick comprehension, Solution-oriented and independent work
  • Very good communication skills and very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
