What you will do

  • You will provide First and Second level On Site support for current and future systems, applications, and technologies
  • Support will be provided to a customer’s internal and external users in English and in cooperation with SL1, SL2 and internal IT support teams

Who you are

  • Knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies to quickly resolve incidents and validate and implement changes requested according to accepted procedures in the current and future Dev/Test/Prod environments
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Knowledge of IMAC
  • At least 1 year in face-to-face Desktop/Laptop support
  • Experience in supporting/troubleshooting/administering of the following technologies is required:
    • MS Active Directory, Windows 10 OS, MS Exchange, Office365, Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Azure Active Directory
    • Windows Server 2016/2019
    • MS DFS-R/DFS-N
    • Video Conferencing systems
    • inTune (mobile phones configuration)
  • Experience in any of the following is optimal (but not required):
    • On site networking and security (switches)
    • Technical administration of TCP/IP fundamentals and security policies
    • Administrating Windows OS, PowerShell scripting at basic level
    • MS SCCM, MS WSUS
    • ITIL certification
  • You have consistently great customer service skills
  • At least B2/C1 English skills are essential
