• Development and standardization of workflows using Powershell
• 3rd level support and problem management according to ITIL

• Several years of professional experience in the design and implementation of complex Microsoft Hybrid Infrastructures
• Experience in the area of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, Directory Services, Radius, Certification Services and Patch Management
• Microsoft certifications are desired
• Experience with ITIL based processes
• Good written and spoken English
