What you will do

  • Technical contact person for the customers
  • Troubleshooting within the scope of 3rd level support
  • Development and implementation of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions & concepts
  • Automation and standardization of workflows using PowerShell
  • Remote analysis and resolution via incident, change, and problem management
  • Planning and implementation of Microsoft 365, AAD, Exchange, MS Teams, Intune, SharePoint
  • Governance in Microsoft 365
  • Security and compliance in Microsoft 365
  • Evaluation, the introduction of new Microsoft 365 features, and replacement of existing services
  • Strategic and technical consulting for our customers
  • Independent implementation of workshops at the customer
  • Support Microsoft solution sales as well as account managers in the proposal phase
  • Creation of concepts and documentation

Who you are

  • You ideally have a degree in computer science, a comparable technical education, or many years of practical experience in this field
  • You have practical experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies and have independently carried out projects with the respective solutions
  • Willing to share the knowledge, suggest and drive new technologies
  • You have experience in using at least four of the following Microsoft Cloud solutions:
  • Azure Identity Management, Unified Endpoint Management, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online/Hybrid, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Information Protection, Security & Compliance.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, are a plus, but not a must
  • Willingness to perform, learn and travel, even if our approach is to support the customer remotely
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
  • Work and communicate directly with the customer 
  • Initiative and creativity
  • Written and spoken excellent in English, German language skills is an advance
