For this position we are looking for a Linux Engineer who will focus on operating system administration and support related applications running on the servers:

• Administer and manage the IT infrastructure based on Linux operating systems (RHEL, Debian)
• Maintain and configure Linux-based applications (e.g. DNS, Proxy, LDAP)
• Collaboration with other technical teams in the operation of applications running on Linux servers (e.g. DB, SAP, web server)
• Supporting various project teams in building, testing and launching new products and services
• Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues

• Sound knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Experience with automation / configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet)
• Experience in the implementation and support of web servers (Apache / Tomcat / Nginx) is a great advantage
• Excellent team and communication skills are part of your competencies as well as reliability and result orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
