What you will do

  • You will provide remote technical L2/L3 (backend) support in the area of Client Management for Win 10/11, Thin + Fat clients (Win + Apple), Intune, JAMF, SCCM to various customers in the German banking sector
  • Support will be provided mainly via ticketing system (Service Now), occasionally also via phone.
  • Standard care of Requests/Incidents/Changes
  • Patching and SW packeting (during scheduled maintenance windows)

Who you are

  • Experience in providing L2/L3 remote IT support in operations (3 years at minimum), Experience in IT overall (5 years at minimum)
  • Very good English skills are essential, German is a great advantage
  • Solid ITIL understanding (Request, Change, Incident, Problem management), ITIL Foundations v3/v4 certification is an advantage
  • Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools
  • Microsoft certifications are a huge advantage
  • Very good knowledge of / and hands on experience with: SW packeting, Managements Systems such as Intune, JAMF, SCCM, MDM (at least with 2 out of the 4 mentioned)
  • Solid knowledge in area of Client Management (Windows 10/11, Apple, Thin + Fat clients)
  • Solid knowledge of / and experience with PowerShell
  • Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Antivirus solutions, Device Security, Autopilot, Nexthing (Experience Management) are an advantage
