What you will do

  • As a contact person for our customers, you will provide optimal technical support for all inquiries from application support to troubleshooting
  • You support our customers with your know-how in 1st & 2nd level support
  • You take over the error management towards the carriers
  • You will ensure smooth escalation management processes
  • For this purpose, an attractive and flexible shift model is available to you, which is developed together in the team

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​At least 1-3 years L1 or L2 experience in support / troubleshooting of technologies such as: MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory, MS SQL Server, MS SharePoint, MS Exchange, Office 365, Virtualization (VMware), Linux, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure), WAN networks based on xDSL, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Application Server, DNS, Web Server, Mail systems, Mobile Device Management
  • Network / Security (Load-balancing, Antivirus & Vulnerability Management)
  • Knowledge of a variety of ICT technologies for rapid resolution of incidents, validation and implementation of customer requests
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Problem solving oriented in a multi-vendor environment
  • Customer-oriented, high sense of responsibility, enjoys working with people
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
